For Your Viewing Pleasure

Look what I found hidden away behind the summer house. What a whopper! I'm five foot ten and this thing meets my eyes, it must like growing in gravel.

Looks clean doesn't it? Let's take a closer look in the crevice.

Looks almost microscopic, taken on a iphone 17.  I'm ashamed to say that the black bits you can see are scratch card droppings and perhaps one or two biscuit crumbs. The sofa has now gone off to charity, I did ask the men who came to collect it if they would take the maid with them, they said no

A friend sent me this snap of a sunset in Benidorm whilst I was in the midst of packing boxes. Bitch!

My kitchen resembling a Shanty town.

The photo was taken 5 cars away whilst stationary at the level crossing.

  1. You need a better crevice attachment!
    Handy these iPhones, aren’t they?
I took pictures of Foxgloves today, but none of men wearing the wrong footwear with shorts.

  2. Carmen needs a better crevice attachment, she was appalled when I presented her with the filthy evidence. It's a SEBO bagged upright It's okay but if you get within an inch of a skirting board the motor goes up an octave and makes a grating noise.

    They are a boon.

    1. I like it spread between 2 Pontefract cakes, it’s nearing its expiry date, when that happens I’ll spread between my legs and whistle for next doors dog.

  4. Fabulous foxglove! Shame you can't take it with you...

On the subject of cleaning, I find it far easier just not to look too closely. In the words of Quentin Crisp: “There is no need to do any housework at all. After the first four years the dirt doesn't get any worse.”

  5. That foxglove certainly is a whopper! Maybe the lowest flowers will have gone to seed before you go then you can spread them around your new home.

    1. Then I imagine a morning walk through or around the forest may provide some more Diesel (and otherwise named) undergarments to make a set for Carmen's birthday.

      Congratulations on the move!
