Warm Gloves From The Poor

Look what arrived in the post this morning courtesy of 'Feed My People' aren't they lovely? That's Great aunt Alice's Christmas present sorted out. I also received a free sample of Bailey's Chocolat Luxe, (not from the poor) it was very nice, but not as nice as their Orange Truffle flavour.

  1. If the goodies keep rolling in, will you be hosting a give away? Uh, I'm asking for "a friend."

    1. I've only got my two nephews to get presents for and thats my Christmas shopping done. So who knows, a festive give away could be forthcoming.

  3. Very chic.

Did you have to sponsor a poor orphan baby in Africa to get them?

    1. No Ayem8y they're guilt gifts sent free of charge from various charities, I get inundated with them. They are asking for a donation of £15 - £25 for the polyester gloves, I buy my gloves from Fenwick so they can go and bloody jump for it. If I was to gave £2-3 a month to all these charities, I'd soon be a charity case myself. The Mitzi Appeal.

  4. I live in a remote African village. Everyone here really pleased to hear about your forthcoming cruise. We have sold our cattle, some chickens and a plough to raise some spending money for your holidays. It is not much but it will be worth it for your happiness and general wellbeing.
